Traditional cuisine

We went out for a lunch today to celebrate that my parasitological work was successful. I thought Aussie might want to experience real traditional Czech cuisine so I took him to a Czech pub. I don't eat local cuisine in restaurants and pubs often because our meals are very heavy and definitely not healthy, but now and then they are great. The pub's name is Na Rychtě and the design is old brewery-themed (which you can't see at these photos but Aussie did :)).

Roasted duck with karlovarský knedlík (dumpling) and red sweet cabbage.

Roasted pork knee with Šumava bread, mustard and horseradish. Yum!
